Ros is a passionate OT with over 25 years' experience working and living in rural Victoria. Graduating from La Trobe University in 1993, her expertise spans equipment prescription, home modifications, falls prevention, seating, pressure care, and health promotion. She fosters genuine person-centred care and values the expertise of everyone she works with.

Matt Savige

Occupational Therapist & Clinical Educator

Matthew graduated from La Trobe University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Masters in OT. He began as a mental health clinician in acute adult inpatient and community settings, before building extensive aged care experience. He follows a client-centred, holistic and trauma-informed approach, and is also passionate about paediatrics.

As the practice founder, Nav completed his Bachelor of OT from CMC Vellore in 2011 and a Masters in Public Health from La Trobe in 2015. He has worked across rehabilitation, community programs and the public sector at Wimmera Health Care Group, and continues to support their School Readiness program. Nav is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based OT to Ararat and outer west Melbourne.

Michiko graduated with a Bachelor of OT in 2022 at Australian Catholic University, then completed her new graduate year in community OT across western Melbourne supporting NDIS participants of all ages. She specialises in self-care and daily routines, sensory and emotional regulation, and fine and gross motor skills, with a keen interest in hand therapy and assistive technology.
