Country Therapy is a registered NDIS provider delivering mobile occupational therapy across regional and metropolitan Victoria. We support participants of all ages — from early childhood through to older adults — helping them build skills, increase independence and participate more fully in everyday life.

We work closely with participants, families, support coordinators and other providers under both Plan-Managed and Self-Managed NDIS plans. Every therapy plan is goal-oriented, evidence-based and tailored to the individual.

Medicare-Funded Occupational Therapy

Country Therapy offers high-quality mobile occupational therapy with a Medicare rebate, delivered in your home, school, workplace or community setting across regional and metro Victoria.

If you or your child need support with developmental delays, mental health, injury recovery, disability, chronic illness or functional independence, you may be eligible for Medicare-funded OT under a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan. Speak with your GP and ask for a Team Care Arrangement (TCA) and GP Management Plan (GPMP) referral — this allows up to five allied health sessions per calendar year with a Medicare rebate.

Country Therapy provides professional, mobile occupational therapy to private aged care facilities across regional and metropolitan Victoria. We are contracted with two major aged care providers and welcome opportunities to support additional facilities.

Our therapists deliver on-site, evidence-based care tailored to the unique needs of older adults. We collaborate closely with facility staff and families to ensure person-centred, goal-driven outcomes that align with aged care quality standards.

Country Therapy provides tailored occupational therapy services to schools across Victoria — including state-funded, Catholic and independent private schools. Our mobile team works on-site to support students' learning, development and wellbeing through early intervention, classroom-based strategies and individualised support.

We partner with school leadership, learning support staff and wellbeing teams to deliver meaningful, evidence-based outcomes. Services are funded privately, through NDIS or other sources and can be scheduled flexibly around your school's timetable.
